Customer Reports that AutoRec shows No Transaction pages available
Check Admin console to verify customer licence and credits information.
Is the Customers Licence valid?
Does the customer have credits available?
If yes to both does the Customer have F Units available?
If yes then have the customer preform manual wyUpdate of both AutoRec Server and Client. And if that doesn’t resolve the issue have them do an uninstall and reinstall of server and client.
If the Customer has Credits available in Admin console but no F units available, Remote connect to Customers computer and navigate to the following file path.
( C:\Program Files (x86)\OCRex\AutoRec Server\Ocr\Bin )
If no credits are shown as available here then there is an issue with the abbyy licence which will need to be escalated to Abbyy. See below link for Escalating to Abbyy.
Before Escalating an issue to Abby please preform the following steps.
Arrange a remote connection to Customers Server Machine where Autorec Server is installed.
Navigate to the following file Path
( C:\Program Files (x86)\OCRex\AutoRec Server\Ocr\Bin\Support )
Click on Alnfo.exe to run below app
Click Save and ask Customer to email this file to firstname.lastname@example.org
Take Note of Abbyy Licence Code which will need to be provided to Colm.
Once licence issue is determined and resolved, Run usage Report and reissue Abbyy Licence to customer minus the credits they have already used as outlined in usage report.
